Mr. Yalamanchili founded CNC Investments, Ltd. LLP in 1982 and incorporated the company in 1992. He is actively involved in acquisitions, finance, rehabilitation and management of each real estate investment. He also arranges equity with his partners to purchase all investments. Mr. Yalamanchili graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Today, CNC Investments successfully manages over 120 multi-family complexes comprised of over 32,000 units, and over 300,000 square feet of professional office buildings and shopping centre’s, with assets valued in excess of $2.0 billion, located throughout the nine states within the United States, namely Texas, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

Maintain full accountability for pre and post construction management and major rehabilitation of project acquisitions, to include construction scheduling, purchasing of materials and equipment, negotiations and administration of subcontractor agreements, and compliance with budget constraints.

Mr. Yalamanchili graduated from Bhopal University in India with a business management degree. Mr. Yalamanchili has fourteen years of experience in business administration and management. He joined CNC Investments, Ltd. LLP in 1993. He provides cost estimations and supervises all construction and Rehabilitation.

Generated new business, and serviced and maintained existing accounts, coordinating the purchase, sale, and export of fresh mango fruit crops to buyers in Hyderabad, Bombay, Calcutta, and Delhi. Interrelated directly with growers, negotiated pricing and product availability, and contacted buyers negotiating sale of products and shipment from point of origin to buyer's destination.

Through market study and financial analysis, he identifies and evaluates investment opportunities that meet CNC’s acquisition criteria. He actively assists in financial negotiations and the coordination of debt and equity relationships. Mr. Stallings is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.
